CDL training in Glyndon, Minnesota
Hands-on truck driving training in our truck or yours. Here is how it works, step by step, and what you need before training.
Class A CDL training
You train in our truck and trailer at our yard in Glyndon and on the road, with our instructor beside you. Training covers the three parts of the CDL skills test: the vehicle inspection (pre-trip), basic control skills, and the road test.
Once your permit and the classroom (theory) part are done, our hands-on training can be finished in about one week. You are placed in the next opening; a $1,000 deposit holds your spot.

ELDT: what has to be done before you test
Entry-Level Driver Training is a federal rule, the same in every state. It has a theory part and a behind-the-wheel part.
Who needs it
Drivers getting a Class A or B CDL for the first time, upgrading B to A, or adding a passenger (P), school bus (S) or HazMat (H) endorsement for the first time.
Theory
The classroom part. It can be done online, at your own pace. It must be finished with a provider listed on FMCSA's Training Provider Registry.
Behind the wheel
Range and road training in a real truck, with a registered provider. Your training provider reports your completion to the registry.
Then you test
The state cannot give your Class A or B skills test until your ELDT is on your federal record.
